When you request a quotation or contact us, we receive the business and contact details, product requirements and any reference files you submit. Required fields are identified in the form; without them we cannot process the inquiry. Phone numbers and reference attachments are optional. Please do not upload identity documents, payment credentials or other sensitive personal information.
We use inquiry information to assess your request, contact you, prepare quotations and maintain the related business records. Authorized UYOUNG staff may access it. Our hosting, backup and business email providers process information needed to provide those services. Inquiry notification emails include business contact details and the inquiry reference; attachments are accessed through a protected link. We do not sell personal information.
For operations and security, access logs record the client IP address, page category, time, response status and duration, browser/device category and referring host. They exclude form bodies, attachment contents and URL query values. Access logs rotate after 14 days. No advertising or analytics dashboard is enabled at launch. Browser features and essential administrative sessions may use local storage or cookies. Where fonts are served by Google Fonts, your browser connects to that provider.
The application, inquiry database and private attachments are hosted in Hong Kong. Encrypted offsite backups are stored in Singapore. Uploaded reference files are not given permanent public links. We use HTTPS, restricted administrative access and encrypted backups. No system can guarantee absolute security; avoid submitting unnecessary personal information.
We keep inquiry records and files for the business purpose for which they were collected and applicable record-keeping obligations. Contact us to request review or deletion of information no longer needed. Backup snapshots expire after 30 days; retained historical versions expire a further 30 days later. Deleted information may therefore remain in encrypted backup history until that cycle completes. Hosting, backup and email services may process information outside your country.
You may contact william@uyoungshoes.com to request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, or to ask about its use. We may verify your identity before responding. Applicable law and legitimate record-keeping requirements may affect what we can delete. We do not subscribe inquiry senders to a marketing newsletter through this form.
