Submitting an inquiry and receiving a reference number acknowledges receipt of your request. It does not confirm an order, reserve production capacity or create an accepted manufacturing contract. A member of our team will review the requirements and contact you.
Prices, minimum order quantities, sample costs, payment methods and payment schedules must be confirmed in the quotation and the separately agreed order documents. Information on this website does not authorize a payment or replace those documents. Confirm bank details through an established business contact before paying.
Materials, specifications, sample approval, production schedules, delivery terms and shipping responsibilities are agreed for each order. Website lead-time information is indicative and is not a guaranteed delivery commitment.
Inspection criteria, any warranty, claims procedures, returns, replacements and refunds are governed by the applicable signed order agreement and applicable law. This website does not add a separate fixed claims deadline or product warranty.
